When purchasing from the NCS Flooring website, you the customer are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all laminated flooring items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Delivery is free when your order exceeds £350 + VAT however delivery to some remote parts of the U.K may incur an extra charge, but we will contact you about this before any charge is made. If your order does not exceed £350 + VAT a delivery charge of £29.99 + VAT will be applied. For all our Elka products or Engineered or Solid woods  there is a delivery charge of £40.00 + VAT if your order does not exceed £350 + VAT.

For next day delivery orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day deliveries are subject to availability.

All flooring deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products so please ensure there is somebody there who can assist if necessary. As deliveries can be made in a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem ,e.g the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 6.00pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier your preferred time but once again this will be down to the courier's discretion and delivery route and cannot be deemed as the contract between NCS Flooring and you the customer. We will pass on your phone details to the courier, but cannot make them contact you, this again is down to their discretion. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge of £50.00.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered on time & in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery to make sure there is no visible damage to the packaging as no claims with regard to damaged items that is visible can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods that are refused by you the customer on delivery, that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge + a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total value of goods where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product with out delay. Obviously not all damage is noticeable on delivery, untill the product is unpacked. As long as any damaged goods are not fitted, we will be happy to replace any damaged items within a reasonable time of you recieving the goods. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. There for we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.

Sample Request

Samples can be ordered from NCS Flooring at a cost of £3.95 inclusive of VAT per sample. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery as we use normal post. We cannot guarantee the delivery time as normal post is out of NCS Floorings control. When you order your sample with us we will issue you with a discount code which will entitle you to full re-imbursement for the cost of the sample if your order exceeds more than 3 packs of flooring.

Returns Policy

Please appreciate in most cases, we are selling you your new flooring at below trade prices, and saving you a lot of money on your purchase. If you have a few packs of material left over after installation, it is recommended that you keep them in the event you need to do a repair, and in case that flooring is discontinued. If after recieving your goods you decide you no longer require them as you have changed your mind you have the right for the goods to be returned to us within 7 days, however you will be liable for the cost of us collecting the goods from you via our courier, you the customer will also be liable for a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods to be returned. When we have recieved the goods in perfect condition you will then recieve your refund.

Please check boards are un-damaged before laying them. We will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or miss-described items once the flooring has been installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods it shall be deemed as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose of which they are used.

All credits will be processed within 14 days.

Product Guarantee

If you do not use a damp proof membrane on ground floors, or if you do not use the correct underlay, or if you do not have the flooring fitted correctly, this will affect your guarantee.

Colours & Descriptions

The colour of goods may vary from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. Description of products may change due to Manufacturer changes without our knowledge. NCS flooring endevour to provide you the customer with the most up to date product information we have, however changes are some times made without our prior knowledge, NCS Flooring can not be held responsible for these changes.

Payment Information

Credit / Debit Card
The easiest way to pay is using credit/debit card via Protx or PayPal for your own security. This can be debited immediately and we can arrange delivery without delay, providing stock is available. You may also pay over the telephone using your credit/debit card.

Cheque
You may pay by cheque, this can take 7 working days to clear, then we can dispatch goods to you.

Deposit
You may secure your goods by putting a 50% deposit down. We will then hold any product and price given at the time, for a period of one month. A deposit in law is deemed as a binding contract and of such monies paid are regretfully non-refundable. The remainder of monies due must be paid when a delivery date is arranged.
