Returns & Cancellations
We are confident in our flooring and hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unfortunate event you are not satisfied with your new floor we are happy to accept full order returns only and provide a refund less up to a 30% restocking fee (excluding initial delivery charge & courier costs to send goods back to us). Please note: If you qualified for free delivery on your order, you will be responsible for the full initial delivery charge ie. Laminate flooring £35.00 + VAT or Engineered or Solid Wood flooring £45.00 + VAT.
Unfortunately we do not accept part order returns on any order, we only accept return in full orders within 7 days of receipt.
All goods must be re-packed as they were received. Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 7 days of cancellation. Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted on special order products.
To cancel your order you must inform us either in writing, or by email: email@example.com We will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address. Once goods have been returned to us, and goods are inspected for damages, it can take up to 72 hours for refund to be processed back onto the card used for payment. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any part order returns.
