Returns & Cancellations
Please appreciate in most cases, we are selling you your new laminated flooring at below trade prices, and saving you a lot of money on your purchase. We do not accept part order returns. If you have a few packs of material left over when your flooring job is complete, it is recommended that you keep them in the event you need to do a repair, and in case that flooring is discontinued. If after recieving your good's you decide you no longer require them, you have the right for the goods to be returned to us within 7 days, however you will be liable for the cost of NCS Flooring delivering the good's to you if you qualified for free delivery. It will be your responsability to make sure good's to be returned are in a resaleable "as new" condition, ie. packaged in original wrapper's, as you recieved the good's. It will be your responsability to arrange delivery of good's back to us, undamaged. Before shipping any good's back to us please contact us so we can inform you of the appropriate address and valid returns number your good's will need to be returned to. You the customer will be liable for a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods to be returned. When we have recieved the goods in perfect condition you will then recieve your refund.
Check that the boards are un-damaged before laying them, will not accept any claims for damaged, faulty or miss-described items once the flooring has been installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods it shall be deemed as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted that the goods are in perfect condition. You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the solid wood flooring goods ordered for the purpose to which they are used.
All credits will be processed within 14 days of NCS Flooring recieving your returned good's in perfect resaleable condition.
