Delivery Information

Delivery is free when your order exceeds £350 + VAT however delivery to some remote parts of the UK may incur a charge, but we will contact you about this before any charge is made. If your order does not exceed £350 + VAT a delivery charge of £29.99 + VAT will be applied. For all our Elka products or Engineered or Solid woods  there is a delivery charge of £40.00 + VAT.

For next day deliver orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivers are subject to availability.

All Wooden Flooring deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products so ensure there is somebody there who can assist if necessary. As deliveries can be made in a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier you preferred time but once again this will be down to the courier's discretion and delivery route and cannot be deemed as part of the contract between NCS Flooring and you the customer. We will pass on your phone details to the courier, but cannot make them contact you this again is down to their discretion.

If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge. Read Terms & Conditions for more details.

Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered on time & in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery to make sure there is no visible damage to the packaging as no claims with regard to damaged items that is visible can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods that are refused by you the customer on delivery, that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge + a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total value of goods where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product with out delay. Obviously not all damage is noticeable on delivery, untill the product is unpacked. As long as any damaged goods are not fitted, we will be happy to replace any damaged items within a reasonable time of you recieving the goods. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
