All orders placed before 4.00pm Monday - Friday will be processed that day and where possible will be dispatched. Order placed after 4.00pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day. If you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us as we will do our best to get the products you want delivered in time. All smaller items / accessories will be sent next day via TNT. Laminate Flooring - Free Delivery for all orders over £400 + VAT
FREE Delivery on all orders over £400 + VAT. For orders costing below £400 + VAT there is a charge of £35.00 + VAT. We Aim to deliver all of our Laminate Flooring orders within 2-3 working days, you will receive an email/phone call to make you aware of the delivery date.
TIMED DELIVERY - if you would like your flooring delivered either AM/PM then for an additional charge of £15.00 + VAT you can book this service.
SATURDAY DELIVERY - Need it delivered at the weekend? For a additional £40.00 + VAT you can book this service (orders must be placed before 4pm Thursday for delivery the next Saturday).
PRE BOOKED DELIVERY - If you would like to book the date of your delivery at the time of order then just put the date in the comments box and we will get the goods delivered on that day.
Standard deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm. If you would require a telephone call 1 hour before delivery please request this at time of placing your order.
In the unlikely event you do recieve any damaged goods, your delivery must be signed for as DAMAGED. Should you find a damaged item please send us an email or call us as soon as you can and we will endeavour to get you a replacement out within 3 - 5 working days. In cases where finishing accessories are out of stock we will deliver these as soon as possible after the flooring has been delivered.
Engineered and Solid Wood Flooring
Here at NCS Flooring Direct LTD we try and give you the best possible price for flooring on our web site. In order to do this, we must ask you to contribute towards the delivery charge. For all orders placed on our Engineered and Solid flooring products there is a £45.00 + VAT delivery charge, regardless of total order value.
Carpets and Vinyl Flooring
We aim to deliver all Carpets and Vinyl flooring within 2-5 working days from date of order. The delivery costs vary dependant on location and size of Carpet, Vinyl ordered. Please call or email for a competitive quotation.
Please ensure that the following conditions are met:
There must be an able bodied individual to accept, sign and unload the goods.
There must be sufficient access to the property/street/village for a 30ft Lorry.
There is sufficient parking/unloading space for the delivery vehicle.
General Delivery Information
All deliveries are made to "Kerbside" at the nearest point to the delivery address and the driver is then contracted to get the goods off the delivery vehicle. You must ensure that somebody is there to accept delivery, if you have any specific delivery requirements please let us know in the comments section when placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE - The delivery driver is only contracted to remove the goods from their vehicle and therefore does not have to get the goods into your home. However, some drivers don't mind helping if asked politely but be mindful that they are not obliged to help move the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure your goods are delivered in perfect condition, but we ask that you check the goods before accepting the delivery. We understand that it is difficult to fully inspect the goods so just check there is no physical damage to the packaging of your flooring, if there is please note the damage on the drivers paperwork, obviously we appreciate you can't inspect the goods until the packaging has been removed. If you find when unpacking your flooring that there is damage then please contact us immediately and we will arrange for replacements to be sent out and the damaged goods collected.
Goods that are refused by you the customer on delivery, that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge + a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods that are returned where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product as quickly as possible.
NCS Floors Direct LTD can accept no liability for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason.
Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery when it is made there will be a charge of £80 + VAT for the failed delivery and, should the order then be cancelled, the re-stocking charge will apply, so please ensure there is an able bodied person at your address on the allocated date of delivery.
