We offer free delivery on all laminate flooring orders over £350 plus VAT to mainland U.K. addresses, however a surcharge may be applied to some offshore addresses. Please feel free to phone for a quote for delivery charges for off shore Islands.
For orders costing £25.00 - £350 + VAT there is a charge of £35.00 + VAT.
For orders under £24.99 + VAT a charge of £15.00 + VAT is applied.
Standard delivery for accessories to U.K Mainland without flooring is £14.95 + vat. If your total order for accessories is over £350 excluding vat, delivery will be free of charge.
Standard delivery for our engineered and solid wood floors will incur a £45.00 + vat charge regardless of total order value.
Saturday Deliveries are available at an additional charge of £39.99 + vat.
For next day deliver orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivers are subject to availability.
All Wooden Flooring deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. This is due to insurance guidlines. Please be aware you or an appropriate adult must be present at your address to sign for your goods. Goods cannot be left without a signature. As deliveries can be made in a large lorry or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday - Friday, we will advise the day of delivery via email once you have processed your order, if you require a particular day please specify this at time of order, under any special instruction's. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier you preferred time but once again this will be down to the courier's discretion and delivery route and cannot be deemed as part of the contract between NCS Flooring and you the customer. We will pass on your phone details to the courier and ask them to phone you an hour before estimated time of arrival, but again this is down to the courier's discretion.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge, or if you decide to cancel your order because you missed your delivery, the cost of delivery will be recovered from the total cost of the order, a standard delivery charge one-way will be charged.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery to make sure there is no physical damage to the packaging of your flooring, if there is please note the damage on the drivers paperwork, obviously we appreciate you can't inspect the goods untiil packaging has been removed. If when unpacking the flooring you notice any damage to your flooring, please notify us immediately, so we can arrange the replacement of goods as quickly as possible. Goods that are refused by you the customer on delivery, that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge + a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the value of the goods that are returned where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product as quickly as possible. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
When placing your order, you may request a certain specific date for delivery, even if you are not ready to take delivery of your flooring, you may still order and take advantage of our Sale prices, however all orders must be paid for in full. If you require a specific date and you are ordering securely on line, then during the ordering process enter your prefered delivery date under special instructions. We will then confirm this date via email.
